DeAnna is a well-seasoned closing and listing coordinator involved with each transaction to ensure that all parties comply with contract contingencies and that timelines are met. She tracks the status of loans, appraisals, surveys, title commitments and coordinates inspections and repairs. DeAnna’s high energy level and detail oriented nature is essential in the fast paced world of real estate. And her longtime passion for horses makes her the perfect fit for Team Titus!

Ron Miller - Buyer’s Agent. Ron has had his real estate license since 1993. He has worked at Coldwell Banker and ReMax and has had his own real estate company, Superior Real Estate Group, since 2004. As a buyer specialist for Team Titus, Ron specializes in representing buyers and assisting them in finding the country property of their dreams.
